June 1, 2006 – Todd Stark has come to Annapolis Web Publishing as an experienced web developer. Todd has a degree from the University of Maryland (College Park), with additional certifications in Web Design and Internet Technologies. Todd is proficient with Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, as well as with coding XHTML and CSS by hand. Todd also works with PHP, MySQL, Flash 8, ColdFusion, and a variety of other technologies, including many third-party solutions.

In addition to striking design and seamless usability and navigation, Todd can create original graphics and logos, streaming music and video, animation, forms and other programming, databases, message boards, e-commerce stores, and content management.
